I love yoga. I love meditation. I love the teachings of Buddha. I don't do enough yoga. I don't meditate enough. I often forget about Buddha. I need reminders. I need to more fully incorporate them in to my life to find my center. To just breathe. To remember to keep it simple. To smile more. Laugh more. To keep my core strong. To see the beauty.
I'm sure I'm not alone on this journey for change and betterment... in my mind, my body, and every aspect of my life. Or maybe I should just seek to stand still...
